Hoosier Pudding
Hoosier Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked angel food cake, 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 2 1/2 c. milk, 1 large tub cool whip topping and 1 can pineapple tidbits, well drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Slice cake crossways into 3 layers; separate.
Prepare pudding using 2 1/2 cups milk.
Stir in 2 cups Cool Whip.
Spread 1/2 pudding mixture on bottom layer; top with 1/3 pineapple and cherries (split in half).
Repeat with second layer.
Place third layer on top.
Frost entire cake with Cool Whip.
Garnish with pineapple and cherries.
