Honolulu Chicken

Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine preserves, barbecue sauce, onions and soy sauce.
Pour over the chicken breasts.
Cover and bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
Add water chestnuts and green pepper for final 10 minutes.
