Honeymoon Pork Chops
Honeymoon Pork Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4-inch to 1-inch fresh pork chops (same size), onion salt, flour, hot milk and a little pepper and parsley (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Have freshly cut 3/4-inch to 1-inch pork chops.
Use onion salt on both sides, then flour.
Place in Pyrex baking dish to fit chops close together.
Cover with hot milk to slightly cover chops.
If desired, use a little pepper and parsley.
Bake at 325Β° about 1 hour.
(More chops may take longer.)
They are done when milk is gone and tops are lightly brown.
Keeps well in low oven for 1/2 hour.
