Honey Wheat Bread
Honey Wheat Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. warm water, 1 c. small curd cottage cheese, 1/2 c. honey, 1/4 c. margarine and 5 1/2 to 6 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat first 4 ingredients until very warm, not hot.
Spoon flour into cup and level off.
In bowl, combine warm liquid and 2 cups flour.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
By hand, stir in remaining flour.
On well floured board, work until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Place in greased bowl and let rise in warm place until doubled.
Punch down and put into 2 greased loaf pans.
Let rise again.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
