In small dish combine sage and honey, mix well. Microwave on high for 15 seconds. Cool 2 minutes. In a small bowl, beat butter at medium speed until fluffy. Add honey mixture, beat well. Spoon mixture into crock or serving dish. Cover tightly. Garnish with sage leaf if desired. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 1/2 c.
