Honey Mustard Chicken
Honey Mustard Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken breasts, wash and pat dry, 2 to 3 tbsp. mustard, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. crushed garlic and 1/2 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Place chicken pieces in shallow baking pan.
Mix rest of ingredients well.
Pour over chicken.
Let set for 2 or more hours.
Pierce with fork before baking at 375° until brown.
Pour off some sauce and pour back over, all while hot.
Cover with foil for 1 1/2 hours or until tender at 350°.
Same recipe can be used with spareribs.
