Honey-Lemon Fruit Salad
Honey-Lemon Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice), 1 1/2 c. unpeeled ripe pears, chunked, 1 1/2 c. chopped oranges (2), 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tbsp. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine pineapple chunks, pears and oranges in a bowl; toss gently and set aside.
Combine 2 tablespoons of the pineapple juice and the remaining ingredients in a jar.
Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
Pour over fruit and toss gently.
Cover and chill up to 24 hours.
Serves about 10.
