Honey Granola
Honey Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. old fashioned rolled oats, 2 c. coarsely chopped nuts, 1 c. raisins, 3/4 c. honey and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bring to boil the honey, butter, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
Pour over oats, nuts and raisins.
Mix and spread in a lightly greased pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Stir every 5 minutes.
Cool and crumble.
Store in airtight container for 2 weeks.
