Honey Cake
Honey Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 c. salad oil, 1 c. honey and 1/4 c. pineapple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, eggs, oil and honey.
Beat until very thick. Combine dry ingredients and sift 3 times.
Combine pineapple juice and water, bring to a boil and add baking soda.
Add alternately with dry ingredients to egg mixture.
Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into lightly greased 10-inch tube pan lined with waxed paper on bottom.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
