In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, coconut, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.
In a small saucepan, cook and stir margarine or butter, sugar and honey over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
Pour over oat mixture.
Mix well.
