Honey Bun Cake
Honey Bun Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 3/4 c. oil, 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine first five ingredients and mix well.
Pour one half of the batter in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Combine raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle 2/3 of the cinnamon mixture onto the batter in the pan.
Pour the remaining batter into the pan, sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon mixture.
Swirl a knife through the batter to slightly mix.
Bake at 300Β° for 45 minutes. Combine the powdered sugar, vanilla and milk and pour over cake while hot.
Cake can be warmed in a microwave oven or refrigerated overnight and baked in the morning.
