Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Spread thin layer of cake mixture in greased pan.
Spread brown sugar mixture, then add rest of cake mixture.
Bake at 350Β° until done.
Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and evaporated milk.
Mix well.
Poke holes in cake.
Pour over cake while hot.
