Honey Bee Wheat Bread
Honey Bee Wheat Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 3/4 c. warm water, 1 tsp. honey, 1 1/2 c. scalded milk and 1/2 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix yeast, warm water and honey.
Combine scalded milk, honey, oil and salt and let cool to lukewarm, then add to yeast mixture.
Add flour to mixture.
Mix and turn onto board.
Knead until smooth.
Place in greased bowl.
Let rise until doubled.
Punch down and divide into 2 greased loaf pans.
Let rise again.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
