Honey-Apple Cake
Honey-Apple Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. oil, 3 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and 1/4 cup honey. Combine dry ingredients and add to honey mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Add vanilla, nuts and apples.
Mix gently and pour into a lightly greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Combine margarine, brown sugar, milk and remaining honey in saucepan.
Boil and cook over medium heat 2 1/2 minutes.
Pour over cake while hot.
