Hominy Grits
Hominy Grits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large cans yellow hominy grits, drained, crushed fritos or potato chips, 4 c. salted water, 1 roll garlic cheese and 1 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil grits in water for 5 minutes.
Drain off water and add garlic cheese, oleo and egg.
Pour into casserole dish which has been greased.
Cover with chips.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
