Hominy Casserole
Hominy Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (14 1/2 oz. size) cans white hominy, 1/2 stick oleo, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 1 (1 lb.) box mild kraft mexican cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil liquid out of hominy.
Melt the oleo in a baking dish. Mix hominy and sour cream together.
Pour into baking dish.
Slice and place cheese on top of hominy mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 4 to 5.
