Hominy Au Gratin
Hominy Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 1/2 c. green onions, chopped, 4 cans hominy, drained and rinsed, 1 c. sour cream and 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt butter and saute onions and tops for 3 minutes.
Add hominy and heat until warm.
Add sour cream, chilies, pepper and salt; heat until bubbly.
