Homemade Vanilla No Cook Ice Cream
Homemade Vanilla No Cook Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, well beaten, 2 c. sugar, 1 pt. whipping cream, 1 pt. half and half and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat eggs and sugar together.
Add the cream, half and half, vanilla, salt and milk (enough to fill the container 2/3 full). If you wish, you may add 2 cups of your favorite sweetened fruit, crushed after you have placed the creams and flavorings in freezer container.
Add enough milk to bring up to level as given above. Freeze in dasher-type freezer according to directions.
Makes 1 gallon.
