Cook when the moon is going full.
Heat water and then add grease.
Add lye and stir as needed.
Don't let it overflow.
Hold stir paddle up and it will thicken and string when ready.
Let fire die out naturally.
Set overnight or longer.
Skim off top as necessary.
Cut in bars.
