Homemade Mayonnaise
Homemade Mayonnaise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 large egg and 1 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a food processor or blender, combine seasonings, 1/4 cup oil, vinegar, egg and lemon juice.
Process for 2 minutes or so. Slowly add remaining oil, teaspoon by teaspoon, blending until oil is used.
Blend in boiling water.
Add NutraSweet. makes 1 1/4 cups.
