Homemade Mac-n-Cheese
Homemade Mac-N-Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. elbow macaroni, 1 stick butter or margarine, 3 c. milk, 1 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook macaroni and put in casserole dish.
Slice up cheese. Melt 4 tablespoons butter; add flour.
Stir; add milk and stir. Add cheese to mixture and stir frequently.
When melted, add to macaroni and mix.
Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter and add bread crumbs; put on top of macaroni and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
