Homemade Ice Cream
Homemade Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 3 pt. milk, 1 can sweetened condensed milk and 1 large can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs and sugar together until creamy.
Add milk and vanilla.
Beat well.
Pour into freezer.
This makes 1 gallon of nice textured ice cream.
(If milk does not fill freezer up to line for freezing, add enough water to fill and stir.)
