Homemade Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. jell-o vanilla instant pudding, 1 large can carnation evaporated milk, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients and beat well.
A blender may be used. Pour into freezer can and finish filling with milk to about 3 inches from top.
Makes 1 gallon to 5 quarts.
