Homemade Ice Cream
Homemade Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, beaten, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tbsp. vanilla and 1 can milnot, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Set aside.
Mix Junket tablets and water until tablets dissolve.
Add mixtures together. Pour into ice cream maker and add milk.
Use crushed ice and rock salt to harden.
