Homemade Granola
Homemade Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. rolled oats, 1 c. bran flakes, 1 1/2 c. sesame seed, 1 1/2 c. wheat germ and 1 c. soy flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all dry ingredients except dry fruit in a large mixing bowl.
Combine honey and oil in a large measuring cup.
Pour over ingredients, folding in with a large wooden spoon until well coated.
Pour into a large roasting pan and bake at 250Β° about 1 hour, or until light brown in color, stirring occasionally.
Cool and store in glass jars with tight lid.
