Homemade Cream Cheese
Homemade Cream Cheese is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. homemade yogurt (see recipe) and 1 large piece of cheesecloth (15 x 15-inches), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Spoon yogurt onto the cheesecloth.
Tie cheesecloth at the top and hang the "bag" over a bowl to catch the whey.
After all the whey has drained (leave overnight), a firm ball of "cream cheese" remains.
Refrigerate.
Yields approximately 3 ounces.
