Homemade Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pinto beans, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium jalapeño pepper, 1 can tomato juice and 1 can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook beans until done.
Drain.
Add tomato juice and tomatoes. Cook ground beef, onion and pepper until done.
Drain.
Add to the bean mixture.
