Homemade Chicken Soup
Homemade Chicken Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small chicken or 3 leg quarters or any kind of chicken you have in the house, 6 carrots, peeled and sliced, 6 stalks celery, sliced, 1 large onion, peeled and chopped and 1 tbsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Put the chicken, carrots, celery, onion, garlic powder and parsley in a large pot.
Cover with water.
Bring to a rapid boil and then reduce heat to medium-high. Boil until the meat falls off the bones. Remove the bones and skin from the soup. Bring to a boil again.
Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
