Home Pasta Dough is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour, 2 eggs, 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp. salad oil and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In 1 large bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup water and remaining ingredients.
Beat on low speed for 2 minutes, occasionally scraping bowl.
With wooden spoon, stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.
Turn on lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and not sticky, about 10 minutes. Divide dough into 5 sections and let set covered for 10 minutes. Roll dough out on floured surface or put through pasta machine. Cut into desired shapes.
Let dry or cook immediately.
