Holly's Festive Fudge
Holly'S Festive Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. or 5 1/3 oz. can evaporated milk, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine sugar, margarine, milk and salt in heavy 3-quart saucepan.
Bring to full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, stirring in peanut butter until melted.
Add marshmallow cream and vanilla.
Beat until smooth and well blended.
Fold in M&M's.
Pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool at room temperature.
