Holly Cookies
Holly Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter, 16 large marshmallows, 2 1/4 c. whole corn flakes, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. green food color, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter and marshmallows in a double boiler.
Blend in food color and vanilla.
Pour over cornflakes and mix very lightly with a fork (do not crush the corn flakes).
Drop by teaspoon, a small amount on a cookie sheet or plate.
Decorate with 3 red hots on each "holly leaf".
