Hollowed Rye Bread
Hollowed Rye Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry vegetable soup mix, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. sour cream or yogurt, 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine soup mix, mayonnaise, sour cream, chestnuts and spinach.
Place dip in hollowed out rye loaf.
Serve dip with bread pieces from the hollow, then rip off pieces until the loaf is gone.
Makes about 2 cups of dip.
