Hollandaise Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. cream cheese, 3 egg yolks, dash of cayenne pepper, 1/2 c. butter and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Blend cream cheese, egg yolk and cayenne pepper until smooth. Melt butter with lemon juice.
Pour into cream cheese mixture and blend to desired consistency.
Add garlic powder and salt to taste.
