Holiday Yam Bake
Holiday Yam Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 -40 oz. can yams, 1 -8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice or raisins, 2 tbsp. light brown sugar, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and 3 tbsp. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain yams; mash well.
Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Add juice to yams.
Add sugar and butter; beat well.
Stir in pineapple and pecans.
Coat inside of 1 1/2-quart casserole with Pam.
Spoon in mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Sprinkle with marshmallows.
Bake for 10 minutes longer.
Serves 8.
