Holiday Sweet Potato Surprise is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium sweet potatoes, 1 (15 oz.) can coconut almond frosting, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil potatoes until tender. Peel and mash.
Add all other ingredients except marshmallows.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

Bake about 5 minutes or until brown.
