Holiday Salad
Holiday Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 pkg. lime jello, 3 c. boiling water, 2 (no. 2 1/2) cans crushed pineapple and 4 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve jello into boiling water.
Stir well. Drain pineapple; heat the juice and add to jello mixture.
While still hot add the cream cheese. Beat with the egg beater until dissolved.
Add salt.
Let chill until slightly thickened.
Mix in whipped cream.
Add pineapple, pimento, celery and nuts.
Chill. Cut into squares.
Makes a large salad.
