Holiday Salad
Holiday Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple (do not drain), 1 pint sour cream, 1 - 16 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, 3 bananas, sliced and 2 pkg. strawberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add strawberries and pineapple (not drained), bananas and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, if desired.
Put 3 cups of mixture in oblong pyrex dish.
Refrigerate and let set.
Spread sour cream over mixture.
Add remaining mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve.
