Holiday Pound Cake
Holiday Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. candied cherries (red and green), 1/2 lb. candied pineapple, chopped, 4 c. chopped pecans, box light brown sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat eggs one at a time.
Add sugar, butter and flavoring. Put salt and soda in sifted flour.
Remove 1 cup flour to roll pecans and fruits in before combining in cake.
