Holiday Pecans
Holiday Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pecans, 1 c. sugar, 2 egg whites, 1/2 c. butter and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt butter on cookie sheet at 325Β°.
Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar to whites; beat.
Add pecans to egg white mixture and stir.
Spread pecans on cookie sheet.
Stir every 10 minutes to separate nuts.
Bake 30 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with salt. Cool and store airtight.
