Holiday Melba Dessert
Holiday Melba Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. can sliced peaches, 10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. heavy cream and 1/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Thaw, crush and strain raspberries; reserve syrup.
Dice and drain peaches, adding enough peach syrup to raspberry to make 1 1/4 cups.
Sprinkle gelatin over syrups and heat, constantly stirring until dissolved.
Beat in cream and mayonnaise; chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in peaches and nuts.
Turn into a 3-cup mold.
