Holiday Lobster Spread
Holiday Lobster Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes knox unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. water, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream and 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a medium saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over water and lemon juice.
Let stand for 1 minute.
Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
With wire whip or rotary beater, blend in sour cream, chili sauce and horseradish; fold in lobster or shrimp.
Turn into a party mold pan.
Chill until firm.
Serve with crackers or party bread. Makes about 3 1/2 cups of spread.
