Holiday Jello Salad
Holiday Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-o, 2 bananas, sliced, 1 can crushed pineapple with juice, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 1 large pkg. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water; add pineapple, bananas, strawberries and nuts. Let jell in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Pour 1/2 mixture into 9 x 12-inch pan.
Let jell in refrigerator about 10 to 15 minutes and spread sour cream on top. Pour remaining Jell-O as top layer.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
May want to garnish for holidays.
