Holiday Jello Mold
Holiday Jello Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 8 oz. sour cream, 1 (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix Jell-O according to package directions and then add pecans, pineapple and strawberries to the mixture.
Pour half of the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until solid.
After Jell-O has jelled, then spoon the sour cream over the solid Jell-O.
Next add remainder of the Jell-O mixture on top of sour cream; refrigerate until firm.
