Holiday Fruit Salad
Holiday Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (3 oz. each) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin, 3 c. boiling water, 2 ripe bananas, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries and 1 (20 oz.) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Slice bananas into gelatin mixture.
Add frozen strawberries and undrained pineapple.
Pour half the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Refrigerate one hour or until firm.
In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese with sour cream and sugar; spread over chilled layer. Gently spoon remaining gelatin mixture on top.
Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours).
