Holiday Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, 1/4 c. melted butter, 1 c. diced ham, 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese and 4 oz. shredded jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Spread hash browns in greased 8 x 8-inch greased pan.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake at 425° for 25 minutes to form crust. Layer ham, cheeses and chilies on crust.
Combine eggs, milk and salt.
Place on top of ham/cheese mixture.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Place salsa on top when serving.
