Hobo Casserole
Hobo Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 bag egg noodles, 1 1/4 lb. hamburg, 1 1/2 cans tomato soup, 1 can corn and 3/4 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook about 3/4 of a bag of egg noodles. Brown hamburg until well done, cooking in a large casserole dish or 13 x 19-inch pan. Add tomato soup, corn and sour cream.
Mix well.
Then warm in oven at about 350Β° about 30 minutes.
