Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat eggs with electric mixer.
Add flour, 1/3 cup milk and hot butter from pan. Add remaining milk and salt.
Continue to blend with electric mixer.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes. Take out of oven.
Pancake will collapse. Cut into squares and serve with warm maple syrup or warmed fruit.
