Mix cake mix, oranges, eggs, oil and 1 box pudding mix.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Mix 1 box pudding and pineapple when you put cake in the oven.
After cake is cool, mix Dream Whip and milk until stiff, then add other mixture.
Top cake with walnuts and cherries, if desired.
