Hidden Cupcakes
Hidden Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 egg and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cake mix according to directions.
With electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and salt; set aside.
Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full.
Drop teaspoon of cheese mixture to which chocolate chips have been added, into each cupcake-filled liner. Bake according to directions on cake mix package.
