Hershey Scotch Cookies

Combine all ingredients, except chocolate bars and nuts. Batter will be very thick.
Spread evenly in greased, 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven. Place chocolate bars over hot layer.
When melted, spread with knife.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
